No. All nails are pre-made and ready to ship. No custom requests or alterations will be accepted.

How long does it take to ship my nails?
Free Shipping is 2 to 5 business days for all states. Express shipping is 1 to 3 business days for all states.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we drop packages off at 3pm. If you order before 3pm, your package is dropped off at USPS that same day. If you order after 3pm, your package is dropped off at USPS at 3pm the next business day. The local post office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. All orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be dropped off on Monday at 3pm. If your order is placed on a holiday, your package will be dropped off the next business day.
NailholicStudio will never guarantee delivery by a specific day. We do not have actual control of the shipping and delivery process. We can only give you the general estimate: standard shipping is 2-5 business days and express shipping is 1-3 business days. After your tracking number has been sent to you, please direct your shipping questions to USPS directly.
If you need your nails for a special event, we strongly advise that you always order your nails 2 weeks in advance. Occasionally USPS may experience shipping delays for various different reasons, which is obviously out of NailholicStudio’s control.
Please be aware that after your package has left Nailholicstudio, you will need to track it through USPS. NailholicStudio can not control any delays or how fast your item gets to you. Please direct any shipping questions to USPS, including issues with lost or stolen packages. NailholicStudio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you are provided with the tracking information, it is up to you and USPS to keep track of your parcel.
How long does it take my nails to come in the mail?
If you paid for standard shipping it’s usually 2-5 business days but most clients get them in 3 days. If you paid for express, it’s usually 1-3 business days. We will never guarantee that you will receive your nail by a certain day. Once the nails are turned over to USPS, it is out of our control and up to the United States Postal Office. Like anything else, things can happen such as weather delays etc. However, when things run smoothly, our customers receive their items by the third day.
During the holidays your package may be delayed, NailholicStudio can not control how fast USPS processes the mail. With that being said, we highly recommend ordering your nails 2 weeks in advance if you need them for a special event/occasion. NailholicStudio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you are provided with the tracking information, it is up to you and USPS to keep track of your parcel.
Once a package has left Nailholicstudio it becomes the responsibility of the United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages. If your package is late or missing please contact your local USPS regarding the package. Once it leaves NailholicStudio, we see shipping information as you see it. Which that being said please reach out to USPS with any questions, comments or concerns regarding shipping and delivery.
How durable are these nails?
NailholicStudio uses salon quality products to make them such as acrylic or hard gel depending on the set. They last as long as a full set of acrylic nails. However, it will also depends on your lifestyle. Remember your nails are jewels not tools. You can not use your nails to open and pick things up. You should get into the habit of using your fingers, not your nails. If you take care of your nails you will be able to reuse them as much as you want.
Once they leave NailholicStudio it’s up to you to take care of them. We have a lot of people that have their press on nails and reuse them for months but then we also have others that don’t have them as long as they could. You have to take care of your nails. The life of your nails depends on your lifestyle.
How long do the nails stay on?
It depends on the way you prep your natural nail bed and apply the press-on nails. Also the kind of glue you use. If applied correctly you could have them on for 2 weeks or more. Here is a link of our video on YouTube where we show you how to get your nails to last up to 3 weeks:

What kind of glue should I use?
We proved you with our No Nail Biters Allowed Nail Glue which works really well however we also recommend:

Disclaimer: This is the glue that works well for us but please keep in mind that what works for us won’t always work for everyone else. You might have to ask around and try out different glues until you find one that’s a good fit for you.
Tip: Sometimes if you mix both glues together and it will last even longer!! Also, always keep glue with you.
Are your Swarovski Crystals authentic?
Yes. However, the crystals use on the children’s sets are high quality faux crystals.
What if i need a refund or exchange?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Due to U.S. FDA Sanitary laws, wearable products are not eligible for refund or exchanges. If you have any issues please email nailholicstudio@gmail.com. In the event NailholicStudio does approve a refund, we can only offer in store credit.
Can I file my nails down?
Absolutely. However, we do not recommend that you do. Every nail is capped at the tips with gel to help prevent chipping. If you choose to file the nails down, then you will be filing away that added protection. Once that added protection is filed away you will be more likely to experience chipping in the long run. Especially if you are rough with you hands. If you choose to file them down anyway, then NailholicStudio is not responsible. Do this at your own risk.
If I send you a picture of my hand, can you tell me my nail sizes?
No. You can order the nail Sizing Kit or pint off our NailholicStudio Measure Your Nails Template PDF.
Do you accept payments through Paypal?
No.
How do I know if the nails will fit?
In each set you will get all 10 sizes available, 0 (largest) to 9 (smallest). You pick up the nails and try them on until you find your sizes. If you have ever bought press-on nails from the store, and you were able to find your size and fit those, then you should have no trouble with these.

If I am local, could you put the nail on for me?
No, we are 100% confident that you can do it. Just follow the tutorial on YouTube and you will do great! You are welcome to send us a message if you have any questions or need additional help.
I followed your tutorial but some of my nails still came off, why?
For your first few times you may experience lifting or your nail might pop off. This is normal and usually happens because your nail bed on that particular finger wasn’t prepped as well as the others. You just have to keep practicing, eventually you won’t experience any lifting or “pop offs” at all.
Do I need to let my nails breathe before applying another set?
Your nails do not “breathe”, it is dead cells made up of a protein called keratin. Your nail gets nourishment from your blood. Should you give your nail a break? Yes, if you notice that they have become very thin and sensitive when you touch them. It is a good idea to avoid applying any artificial enhancements for a while.
Can I Purchase items in bulk and resell them?
No. All items purchased from NailholicStudio including the NailholicStudio Etsy shop, are for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted and legal action will be taken against you.
