💡Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience some shipping delays. USPS is extremely understaffed and they are working very hard to make sure everyone’s packages are shipped out. Please do not panic if it’s been a few days and you still see your package in “pre-transit”. The post office has your package, they just have not scanned it into the system yet.

📦SHIPPING INFORMATION

NailholicStudio will never guarantee delivery by a specific day. We do not have actual control over the shipping and delivery process. We can only give you the general estimate:

Standard shipping is 2-5 business days
Express shipping is 1-3 business days

After your tracking number has been sent to you, please direct your shipping questions to USPS directly. If you really need your nails by a specific date, please try your best to order in advance. NailholicStudio can not accommodate last-minute rush orders.

Once we have dropped off your package, we now have to depend on the employees at USPS to scan the package into their system and to make sure that they are delivered. Please be patient and understanding towards them during this pandemic. They are trying their best to keep up.—03/31/2020

📬DROP OFF SCHEDULE

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we drop packages off at 3pm. If you order before 3pm, your package is dropped off at USPS that same day. If you order after 3pm, your package is dropped off at USPS at 3pm the next business day. The local post office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. All orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be dropped off on Monday at 3pm. If your order is placed on a holiday, your package will be dropped off the next business day.

Once the packages are dropped off at USPS, NailholicStudio does not have any control over the USPS system updates or tracking. If a few days go by and you see your tracking information still says “Pre-transit” please do not panic. NailholicStudio follows a very strict drop off schedule, and we assure you that your package has been dropped off. USPS has informed us that sometimes they don’t get scanned in at the local office, so you may not be able to see the tracking information until it reaches the distribution center a few days later. If you have any questions please contact USPS directly. NailholicStudio only has access to the same information that you do.

🔎The Jelly nails and Clear nails are see through. With that being said, you will be able to see the small embossed number at the tips when you first start wearing your nails. However after a few days the number will fade on its own. If that bothers you, please do not purchase those particular sets.
